WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

ElsonPlay primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.

● Secure credit card payment
We can also accept credit card payment with Visa, Master card, American express, and discover.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All our transactions are based in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you select depending on which website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT OPTIONS IN 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENTS?
We accept payment in 3 installments.
You will be able to select that payment option at checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you discover a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at our Support Center.
Please note that we can help you change your order before shipping.
Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly when you placed the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us to get more information about your order.
